3 Bedroom Villa Livelight is located in Ubud in a nice private residential complex and located close to the city centre.Providing complete privacy in an amazing comfortable villa surroundings, that has access to the communal facilities of the complex. Villa Livelight Ubud is great holiday retreat in a natural setting with modern comforts.
Our houses are spacious, well-designed individual plots with large lush gardens surrounded by natural looking walls and individual gates. The Joglo and attached bedroom are designed for natural ventilation and allow for privacy and outdoor lifestyles. Each Joglo house is individual; there are no two alike.
The second bedroom, made of similar elements, is added with a flat roofed walkway (inclusive of bathroom) to make a fusion of traditional and modern living, with the convenience of up to date appliances and amenities.
A third bedroom is available in 3bedroom houses. This is a round thatched roof bedroom with palimanan or wood floors, wood glass windows and outdoor bathroom. This room is designed for A/C.
The houses are built of antique, recycled teak and bengkirai wood for the doors, windows, beams, pillars, panels and railings. The roof is laid with traditional terracotta tiles which are long lasting and provide good insulation.
- Club House: A large single roofed building with tile roof. The floor is terrazzo with decorative Java tile motifs. There is an attached office.
- Kitchen. The Club House is joined to a large industrial kitchen
- Long Lap Pool, (25meters) with natural stone that’s perfect for exercise and shallow water lounging.
- Exercise Bale with wood flooring, perfect for yoga, stretching, and other exercise activities.
- Gardens. The gardens feature cacao, durian, palm and bamboo trees and provide a great Ubud feel.

Our location is in Banjar Kutuh, Sayan, Ubud, Bali, Indonesia. The main Sayan road joins the Sanur Bypass and is a straight 1 hr. drive to Ngurah Rai airport, Tuban, Bali.
The property is in walking or push-biking distance to Penestanan and Ubud for shopping, restaurants, bars, museums, galleries and cultural events. The world-class hotels of Four Seasons Sayan and Amandari are within walking distance. The area is perfect for hiking and trekking up the Ayung river valley and through the rice field terraces.
The location includes 3 accesses. One is off the main Sayan road and will only be a walk-in entrance. The second, to the north, is bound by the Pura Dalem Kawi (main Temple) and Puskesmas Ubud II (Medical) clinic and have a 60mt long car park. The third, to the south, have 80mt long car park.
