 Villa Khayangan located in prime location at 300 meters from the beach only 2 minute walk to KuDeTa-Seminyak/Oberoi. shops and restaurants, set on a large property of 8OO square meters with 2 buildings at each end facing across the central pool with mature gardens, many trees and shrubs. This allows, for example, music playing at one building, peace and quite at the other! One of the buildings contains bedroom 1 with large double bed and exstra bed bathroom with bath and shower. There is a large outdoor but covered living area with sofas and dinning table, large flat screen TV with DVD player, a small kitchen with fridge. The other building has bedroom 2 with a large double bed, flat screen TV and sofa, Bedroom 3 is a smaller bedroom with double bed and TV. The 3 bedrooms can host max 8 adults + 2 young children. As in the first building there is a large covered outdoor living area with sofas, a kitchen, fridge and a music player. All bedrooms have air conditioning, living areas have fans. |
The gardens are spacious having many different species of local trees and plants. The 12x3.5m pool, depth 1.3-1.6m with child fence has garden to one side and a large wooden decking area with sun beds and an umbrella to allow you to soak up the sun or hide in shade between swims in the pool. There are 2 poolside outside showers.
Our staff will go beyond normal limits to ensure you have the best during your vacation. Our cook is available for lunch and dinners at cost for food pluse a small service charge. Breakfast, internet, tea, coffee and drinking water is free.
Location : Villa Khayangan has a top location at only 300 meters from the beach just next to the well know beach club restaurant Ku De Ta and les then 2 minutes walking distance of the Oberoi Jl Laksama. Street entrance is next to Jl Sari Dewi, The Oberoi Hotel, KU DE TA, Potato Head, Double six are some of the well-known places that you can easily reach within walking distance. We are adjacent to the Oberoi Hotel at the seaward end of Oberoi Street in Seminyak.
