V illa Ai has 2 large en-suite bedrooms all based the private pool and private garden , fully functional kitchen, a designer dining room, a funky toilet and a modern TV room, the downstairs area is completely open space letting air flow and light shine through elegantly.

The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs with breakfast upon request (all you need to do is pay for your groceries), and dinner available for $25 per person (+ groceries). The contemporary dining room area can accommodate up to 6 people around the charred table, a place of modern lines and clever use of colours.

A modern Japanese inspired bedroom, has an 180 degree view of the garden as well, letting natural light shine in the neutral colours of this extremely comfortable space. Each space has been designed as a hangout spot, so this place is no different, whether you're chilling on the day bed reading, or hanging out on the veranda, admiring the views from above.

The toilet upstairs features an open space shower, a huge mirror and natural air flow. 

The TV room is the ultimate hangout spot, featuring a huge comfy corner couch ideal for lazy movie nights. This room can also be converted into a bedroom providing all the comforts of an intimate space, as well as being private and a great size.

The pool deck is accessible from each room downstairs and is ideal for sun-baking or just enjoying the pool and the garden. 

Villa Ai is located a short stroll to Jalan 66 or Jalan Arjuna, which is the boarder of Legian and Seminyak. Positioned on a dead end road and surrounded by hotels and homestay's, the area is very safe and quiet.

A quick 3 minute walk to the main street of Jalan Seminyak, guests have an array of shopping and restaruants walking distance from Villa Ai.

To the West about 4 minutes walk or 400 meters is Seminyak beach, a family friendly place to relax. With fun surf, beach chairs, restaraunts and amazing Sunsets, the Legain Seminyak beaches are some of the best in Bali.  gantly.
